Who we select

Admission is highly competitive. Each cohort brings together a curated group of high-potential female leaders from across Europe’s automotive, mobility, and adjacent sectors.
To ensure the programme delivers measurable impact for every participant, we look for:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in mobility, automotive, or related industries
• Clear leadership ambition and readiness for the next step
• A strong commitment to contribute to the Aurelia community
• A compelling vision for how you intend to apply the programme’s learning within your organisation and the wider ecosystem

Each application is evaluated holistically to ensure the right balance of backgrounds, industries, geographies, and leadership profiles within the cohort.

3. A 60-second video introducing your background, your professional vision, and why you want to join the Aurelia journey
