The Aurelia Academy is the first leadership academy that is specifically designed for female professionals with the potential to be tomorrow’s leaders in mobility.
Aurelia’s first program “Female Leadership in Mobility: Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders” is a six-week transformational online program designed to help female executives advance to the next level and become tomorrow’s leaders in the mobility space.
The program consists of distinct modules and is based on three core pillars:
Executive Education, Network Building and Professional Visibility.

We are not a training firm. We are coming from a place of real-life experience as female executives in the automotive & mobility industry, speaking from a place of understanding. We share our experiences, challenges, doubts, and true stories - and how we became what we are today. Something we wish someone would have done for us 15 years ago.
Our Unique Leadership Model
Aurelia Academy has developed its own, unique leadership model and framework for #futureready female senior executives who wish to advance to a leadership level. The model is based on over two decades of real-life experiences from the two co-founders as well as fellow female executives in the space and validated / jointly developed with leading coaches and leadership experts in London.
