How much time do I have to commit to the programme per week?

Depening on your personal time and availability, the weekly time commitment will range between six to eight hours with a balanced combination of mandatory online sessions and self paced preparation, group and reflection work. If you want to know more, send us an email at hello@aurelia-academy.com.

When does the first programme start?

The second programme starts on the 9th of April 2024, and will run for six weeks. There will be an official introduction, briefing and Q&A session the week before the class starts.

What happens if I miss a digital live session?

All sessions will be recorded and you will be able to view the recording in the virtual classroom repository.

Will I have access to the training material? Can I download training documents?

Yes, you have access to the material used during each step of the programm and you will be able to download it from the virtual classroom accordingly.

What is the overall duration of the programme?

The programme is broken down into three phases for a total duration of six weeks.

Will I receive a certificate at the end of the training?

Yes, you will receive a certificate that will attest your participation in the 6 weeks “Female Leadership in Mobility: Empowering Tomorrow‘s Leaders“ Programme. You will also be able to display the certificate on your social media channels.

Is there going to be a live meeting?

Whilst the leadership programme will run digitally and the eductional aspect will be core, network building and professional visibilty are equally important pillars. Optional in person meetings are planned throughout the year, which will not only give you the opportunity to network with your cohort, but also across all five cohorts as well as Aurelia‘s founders and selected guest speakers.

How does the application and selection process work?

You can apply via the link. Ten years professional experience within the automotive & mobility sector and a clear vsison of what you would like to achieve throughout the programme and why you think you should be considered as one of the 80 frontrunners are the minimum requirements in order to be considered for the leadership programme. We will carefully evaluate the composition of our cohorts in order to ensure that each participant gains the best possible experience from the programme.

Can only female professionals apply?

Our leadership programme is specifically designed for female professionals within the automotive & mobility sector. As such anyone that identifies as a woman can apply.

How much does the programme cost?

The six week leadership programme, costs 3,280€ per participant. If you are employed you should speak with your HR department and check if our female leadership programme meets the criteria of their corporate trainng budget. Your employer might financially support your professional development.

How do I pay?

With the confirmation of acceptance to the programme you will also receive a link to the payment process. As soon as you have paid, your place is booked.

Will I be refunded if I decide not to participate once I got accepted to the programme?

Yes. Until two weeks before the start of the programme you can contact us and we will refund you the fees. Or move the starting date to coincide with the next cohort if you prefer.
